Health and Wellness
Our Health and Wellness Program was created to assist those in need with dignified care and support throughout their stay here at Walnut Valley. Each plan of care is carefully created with the individual in mind and provides reassurance, safety, and support while still promoting and encouraging independence.
A Wide Range of Assistance
Whether you just need some help organizing medications or are fully dependent on provided care, we are able to assist. Our Wellness Nurse will create a plan that works best for you and your needs. We are also staffed 24/7 should any health emergencies arise.
Fall Prevention
We closely monitor those residents most a risk for falls and implement a plan in order to decrease the likelihood of an incident.
Outside Services
Just like in your home, outside providers can attend to you in our Community as well. This may include physical therapy, mobile dentistry, Hospice, mobile x-rays, podiatry, and home health, all of which we are happy to help facilitate and monitor.
